Quick Alerts sends an internal alert notification to the Cisco IP Phones, email addresses and the NIPA desktop clients who have registered to receive alerts. Alert notification information can be gathered using IPsession Location Enforcer or use the Cisco IP Phone description configured in Cisco Call Manager. Information will include caller number, caller name, picture (if available), called number, and physical Cisco IP Phone location information. Typically the number 911 is monitored, however multiple, simultaneous dialing patterns can be monitored and reported.
